Music Tech’s A-or-better rate across four summers. The fall after 2022 wasn’t the subject getting harder — it was the national post-pandemic grading reset that pulled every subject back to pre-COVID standards. Music Tech simply settled back to where it has always sat: near the very bottom of the table.
↓ 2022 → 2023: the system-wide reset more than halved Music Tech’s A*–A rate (28.7% → 12.7%).

A hard subject is exactly the argument for practising it properly. Three topics are open to anyone — nothing to sign up to.
